The format for submission is a one-page abstract (A4, font : Times New Roman, 11pts). A word template is provided on PEVOC9 website.
A first step is to create yourself an account on ScienceConf website, by clicking on left panel->register. The fields with (*) are mandatory : login, password, Lastname, Firstname, Mail. An e-mail will be sent to you to activate your account.
With your login and password, you can access your personal space. On the Dashboard, you can either edit and modify your account, or handle your sumissions (see your own submissions, submit).
The submission phase is divided into three steps
1/3 – Metadatas (title, type, session, language, keywords, comment)
2/3 – Authors
3/3 – Files
1/3 – Metadatas
You will be asked to give the title of your paper, poster or workshop. If your communication is a invited or free paper, or a workshop, choose « oral » type. Otherwise, choose « poster » type.
You will have to choose a session in which your paper would fit the best. The options are the following ones :

You can submit either in English or in French. We recommend the use of English whenever possible.
In the Comment part, you can specify the fact that your paper is an « invited paper » or if you want it to be presented during the ELS workshop
2/3 – Author(s)
You can Add a new author by entering a name in the field (Lastname Firstname) and selecting « New author ».
then click the ENTER button of your keyboard computer
a pop-up window opens and you must click on it
An « Information on my author » window will appear, that you will have to fill out.
You can add several authors, and edit their informations thenafter.
3/3 – File(s)
You can upload there the file with your abstract (pdf, word, …). The file will be converted into pdf, and you can view the result.
After the submission is completed, your paper will appear on your Dashboard : Submission -> My submissions
