Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of the registration.
The prices indicated are per person and are only applicable if both the registration form and the payment are received before the deadlines above; otherwise the higher registration fee will be applied.

Miry concert on Wednesday August 30th is included in the price for the conference participants (except for day passes).
Accompanying persons (not joining the conference) and daypasses need to pay 25 euro (incl vat).

* Students and/or members of the affiliated societies have the advantage of a 10% reduced registration fee, provided they upload a document, valid for 2017 at the end of the registration procedure (f.i.: proof of payment of the membership fee, certificate of the president/secretary/University/College,…). The attendee must send this proof to this email address and must be able to present this document at the registration desk, upon arrival at the conference.

** Students have the advantage of a 20% reduced registration fee for a day pass, provided they upload a document, valid for 2017 at the end of the registration procedure. There is no discount available for affiliated societies for the day passes.
Day passes are only available for participants of the conference. Not for presenters, panelmembers or chairmembers of a contribution.
Registration fees may be paid by credit card only through the secure online registration system (VISA and Mastercard credit card will be accepted).
Your credit card transaction will be processed through Ingenico.
Receipt of your registration form and credit card payment will directly be acknowledged by email. If you have not received a confirmation, please send a mail by clicking here.
Registration cancellations must be received in writing by mail, email or fax no later than May5, 2017.
Cancellations received by this date will be refunded, less the administrative fee of 40% (on the total amount).
