Difficult phonosurgical cases

In the past decennia phonosurgical treatment have been improved and showed to be very benificial for especially professional voice users. Nevertheless some cases ask for a combination of therapy approaches, surgical, but also for a conservative training therapy: e.g. sandwich therapy.
In this panel session several cases will be presented, firsat based on a proposal by one of the panelist, and then subjected to a elaborate discussion by the other panelists.
