“Videolaryngostroboscopic workshop” for singers and singing teachers:
Simple observation of vocal folds and supraglottic airways managing our habits of voicing as: - different pitches for chosen vocals used for VLS, - ascending and descending scales, - increasing and decreasing intensity at various pitches, - legato, staccato, marcato, trillo choices - chosen comfortable pitches where both usual laryngeal mechanisms could be phonated, - gentle and various glottal onsets, - noisy or noiseless inhalation, and suggestions for experimenting different pedagogical orientations that could slightly change phonatory behaviours.... Some volunteers will be welcome for those VLS examinations and the comments of the laryngoscopic observations during the workshop. ATMOS Mediastroboscope will be required for this workshop. |
