1. Walking tour of Prague
Explore Prague on The Royal Route – from the Powder Tower across the Old Town Square to the Charles Bridge, where the most beautiful view to the Prague Castle is from. Walking on Charles Bridge you come to Lesser Quarter with the impressive St Nicholas Cathedral. And then up to the Castle!

2. Prague City Tour
You will see historical Prague during the sightseeing tour by bus and a walk through the Prague Castle will show you history and present of the czech most important monument.
What to see: Lesser Town, Prague Castle (40min walk), Strahov, National Theatre, Dancing Building, Charles Square, Wenceslas Square, Powder Tower, Jewish Town, Old Town Square

3. Jewish Prague
Josefov is old part of Prague where the Jewish ghetto was located. Unique atmosphere in the Old Jewish Cemetery or Old New Synagogue as the oldes European synagogue... What where destinies of buildings and inhabitants like?
What to see: Old Town Square, Maislova Street, Old Jewish Cemetery, Pinkas Synagogue, Klaus Synagogue, Old New Synagogue, Parizska Street, Spanish Synagogue, Old Town Square.

4. Karlstejn Castle
The castle Karlstejn is one of the most popular location in Czech Republic. It lies about one hour drive from Prague. High Gothic castle founded in 1348, which has a unique position among Czech castles. It was built by Czech King and Roman Emperor Charles IV as a place for safekeeping of the royal treasures. At the outbreak of the Hussite wars the castle became the place for safekeeping of the Czech coronation jewels, which were kept here, with the exception of several short-time breaks, for nearly 200 years.

5. Cesky Krumlov Tour
Visit the pitoresque medieval town Cesky Krumlov located on the banks of the Vltava River in romantic nature of South Bohemia (190 km from Prague). The unique complex of historic buildings with dominant castle was included on the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage List in 1992. The castle area is one of the largest in central Europe, the second in Czech Republic (the first is Prague Castle). It is a complex of forty buildings and palaces, situated around five castle courts and a castle park spanning an area of seven hectares. It was a seat of the powerful Rozmberk and Schwarzenberg families and now houses rich historical collections. Not only castle interiors are interesting to see but there are unique Barock Theatre, bears or theatre with revolving auditorium in the castle garden too.

6. Terezin Memorial
Terezin was established in 1780 as a fortress but then it became a tragic symbol of the sufferings of the tens of thousands of innocent people who died here during the Nazi occupation of their homeland. The Nazis used the Small Fortress as a police prison and the Main Fortress was changed to the jewish ghetto... Terezin Memorial is located about 1 hour drive from Prague.

7. Walk through the Old Town to the Charles Bridge
We will show you the historic centre of the capital. We will walk from Rudolfinum (the conference venue) through the magic Jewish quarter to the Old Town Square with its dominant of Tyn Church and Town Hall with the Astronomical Clock. Our tour will continue along Karlova Street to the Charles Bridge – there is one of the most beautiful views to the Prague Castle.
This tour will be held after the conference and all participants have the opportunity to participate in!
